What is dlpNumQuarantined?

This counts messages currently sitting in the DLP quarantine, held pending a security reviewer's decision. Helpdesk staff use this number to explain to a user why their sent email hasn't been delivered yet, since it's often held for manual review rather than lost. For example, the value might read 14 messages currently quarantined.
