What is cpvIPsecNICEncrPackets?
This DisplayString is the cumulative packet count encrypted by the dedicated IPsec NIC, per 'IPsec NIC: Encrypted packets by NIC.' As the outbound packet-count counterpart to cpvIPsecNICDecrPackets, a large asymmetry between the two (e.g., far more encrypted than decrypted packets) on a single-purpose gateway would indicate it's mostly a traffic source, such as a monitoring hub pushing telemetry to a central site over VPN. If encrypted packets outnumber decrypted packets by 10:1, this gateway is predominantly sending rather than receiving VPN traffic.
