What is cpvIPsecNICDecrPackets?
This DisplayString is the cumulative packet count decrypted by the dedicated IPsec NIC, per 'IPsec NIC: Decrypted packets by NIC.' Dividing cpvIPsecNICDecrBytes by this packet count gives the average packet size of hardware-decrypted VPN traffic, useful for spotting unusually small packets (a sign of chatty keepalives or VoIP) dominating a tunnel. An average well under 200 bytes per packet here would point to a VPN tunnel dominated by small control or voice packets rather than bulk data transfer.
