What is cpvIKECurrInitSAs?
This DisplayString counts the subset of current IKE SAs that this gateway initiated itself (as opposed to ones initiated by remote peers), per 'IKE current initiated SAs.' This distinction matters for hub-and-spoke VPN designs, where the hub is expected to be the initiator toward many spokes; a low value here despite many configured spoke tunnels suggests this gateway isn't actively bringing tunnels up. If cpvIKECurrSAs is 30 but this value is only 2, nearly all active tunnels were started by the remote side, not this gateway.
