What is cpseadStatShortDescr?
This is the short text label accompanying the cpsead process's status code. This is the one-line label an admin surfaces to distinguish a Correlation Unit that can't read logs from an unrelated SmartEvent-server-side issue when multiple related status codes are being monitored together. For example, this might read Job stopped as the short text when a specific log-reading job has halted.
