Description: The number of EGP messages received without error from this EGP peer.
What is egpNeighInMsgs?
Counts EGP messages received without error specifically from this one EGP peer. Unlike the global egpInMsgs, this per-neighbor counter would let an admin isolate which specific legacy peer relationship is active versus silent, if more than one were configured. Example: one neighbor's egpNeighInMsgs climbing while another's stays flat would show only one of two configured legacy peers is actually exchanging messages.
