What is sysEvtLogSysLogFacility?

This sets which syslog facility number, local0 through local7, the switch tags its forwarded event messages with when sending them to the Syslogd server, following standard Unix syslog facility conventions. An admin sets this so the switch's messages can be filtered and routed correctly on the receiving syslog server, since many syslog daemons route messages to different log files based on facility. For example, setting this to local3 on this switch lets the syslog server's own configuration route all of this switch's forwarded events into a dedicated log file reserved for local3 traffic, keeping them separate from other devices' logs.
