What is transmitCapacityLimitDetail?
This reports why a limit (if any) is currently being applied to transmit capacity, such as a missing license key, running at the licensed limit, or being restricted by the remote end's Ethernet speed. Admins can use it alongside transmitCapacityLimit to diagnose why throughput is capped.
