What is rFURxRFSynthLockAlarm?
This alarm fires when the RFU's RF receiver frequency synthesizer has failed to lock onto its target frequency ('outOfLock'). An out-of-lock receiver synthesizer typically means the receive path can't function correctly and points to a hardware fault in the RFU.
