What is rFUCommonIFSynthLockAlarm?
This alarm fires when the RFU's common IF (intermediate frequency) synthesizer, shared across the unit, has failed to lock ('outOfLock'). Because this synthesizer is common to the whole RFU rather than one Tx/Rx path, its failure can affect both transmit and receive operation.
