What is endId?

In a 1+1 Hot Standby configuration, this contains the IP addresses of the neighboring CMUs, listed starting with the highest address and separated by a space, acting as a single combined identifier for the redundant pair. It gives management systems one value to identify the whole protected end rather than each CMU separately.
