What is bwNSSystemInternalQueueTimeMaxTimestampMSB?
This holds the upper 4 bytes of the timestamp marking when the queue's maximum holding-time value (bwNSSystemInternalQueueTimeMax) was recorded. It must be combined with the lower 4 bytes in bwNSSystemInternalQueueTimeMaxTimestampLSB to reconstruct the full timestamp, since a single 32-bit Gauge32 isn't wide enough on its own.
