Description: This counter is incremented whenever the sequential ring service forwards a call to the next user in the list for a given service provider. The counter is not incremented for an attempt to alert the base location, unless it appears in the sequential ring list.

This read-write counter increments whenever the Sequential Ring service forwards a call to the next user in the list for a given service provider (not counting the initial base-location attempt unless it's in the list), giving a per-provider breakdown of forward attempts.
