What is bwFamilySimRingNumBusy?
System-wide counter of how many times a Family Simultaneous Ring attempt ended with all of the configured ring numbers failing to answer. A high value relative to bwFamilySimRingNumAttempts suggests the configured family numbers are often unreachable.
