What is bwDnsQueryTimeMaxTimestampMSB?
Holds the upper 4 bytes of the timestamp marking when the peak DNS query time (bwDnsQueryTimeMax) was recorded. It's paired with bwDnsQueryTimeMaxTimestampLSB, which holds the lower 4 bytes, so together they reconstruct the full timestamp of that worst-case query.
