What is bwAccountCodeNumPerCallAttempts?
This counter increments every time a user is prompted for an account code via a feature access code (FAC) rather than automatically, system-wide. Comparing it with bwAccountCodeNumAttempts shows the split between automatic and FAC-triggered account code prompts.
