Description: Number of times a call is put on hold via the AHR service.
What is bwAHRHold?
System-wide counter of how many calls were placed on hold through the Automatic Hold Retrieve (AHR) feature, which lets a user pick up a held call from a different phone. It pairs with bwAHRRetrieve to show how many of those held calls were subsequently picked back up.
