What is cdx6500bsc2780PortState?

A detailed status string (4-10 characters) showing exactly what the port is doing right now, such as DISC (idle, no call connected), DATA (actively passing data), PENACC (waiting for a call to be accepted), or EOT (waiting for a new line bid after end of transmission), among many other protocol-specific handshake states. It gives finer-grained insight into the BSC2780 protocol state machine than the higher-level cdx6500bsc2780PortStatus.
