Forward delay.
What is dot1dStpForwardDelay?
Reports the Spanning Tree forward delay timer, in hundredths of a second, which controls how long a port remains in the Listening and Learning states before transitioning to the Forwarding state. A higher value slows STP convergence but reduces the risk of temporary loops.
