What is roleQosDscpInOverride?

A one-byte flag in the role table indicating whether this role's inbound DSCP setting (roleQosDscpIn) should override rather than merely supplement the system or inherited DSCP marking. It works the same way as roleQosPriInOverride but for DSCP marking instead of priority.
