What is ufdNewCfgLtMTrunks?

Holds the pending (new) configuration for the set of Link-to-Monitor (LtM) trunks used by UFD, encoded as a bitmap of trunk group numbers. Administrators write this value to update the monitored uplink trunks before applying the configuration.
