          0 - The represented port does not belong to the trunk group

What is trunkGroupNewCfgPorts?

Shows the set of ports assigned to a trunk (link aggregation) group in the pending configuration, encoded as a bitmap. This value reflects the staged port membership for the trunk group before the new configuration is committed to the device.
