where x : 1 - The represented vlan applied to the spanning tree. 
          0 - The represented vlan not applied to the spanning tree

What is stgInfoVlanBmap?

Reports which VLANs are assigned to a Spanning Tree Group, encoded as a bitmap where each bit position corresponds to a VLAN ID from 1 to 4096. This shows the VLAN-to-STG mapping used for per-VLAN spanning tree calculations.
