Any of these conditions indicate that some error has occured during adjacency establishment for this interface.
What is ospfIntfNbrBadSequence?
Counts the total number of OSPF Database Description packets received on this interface that contained an unexpected DD sequence number, had the init bit unexpectedly set, or had an options field differing from prior packets. A rising count indicates problems with OSPF neighbor database exchange, which can prevent adjacency formation.
