Description: The value of sysUpTime at the time the interface entered its current operational state. If the current state was entered prior to the last re- initialization of the local network management subsystem, then this object contains a zero value.
What is portInfoPhyIfLastChange?
Records the value of sysUpTime at the moment the interface last changed its operational state, allowing administrators to determine how long ago the last link event occurred. A value of zero means the state was set before the last management subsystem restart.
