What is aclNewCfgPortAclBlkBmap?

This read-only object reports which ACL blocks (up to 4096) are currently applied to a port, encoded as a bitmap where each bit represents a specific block number. It allows management systems to quickly determine which sets of grouped ACL rules are active on the port.
