presented in bitmap format. This string displays vlan number
from 1 to 4095.

where x : 1 - The represented vlan applied to the spanning tree. 
          0 - The represented vlan not applied to the spanning tree

What is stgNewCfgVlanBmap?

Reports which VLANs are assigned to this Spanning Tree Group, represented as a bitmap where each bit corresponds to a VLAN ID from 1 to 4095. This is a read-only view of the pending VLAN-to-STG membership configuration.
