where x : 1 - The represented vlan applied to the spanning tree. 
          0 - The represented vlan not applied to the spanning tree

What is stgInfoVlanBmap?

Reports the set of VLANs assigned to a particular Spanning Tree Group, represented as a bitmap where each bit corresponds to a VLAN number from 1 to 4096. This shows which VLANs share a common spanning tree topology instance.
