What is ipOspfRedistributeFixedInfoOutRmapList?

Reports the set of route maps applied to outbound OSPF redistribution of fixed (static) routes, encoded as a bitmap where each bit represents a specific route map by index. This allows administrators to see which route maps are filtering or transforming fixed routes before they are advertised into OSPF.
