What is igmpFltNewCfgPortFiltBmap?

Provides a bitmap representing the set of IGMP filtering rules to be assigned to a port in the pending configuration, where each bit corresponds to a filter rule index. This staged bitmap becomes the port's active filter assignment when the new configuration is applied.
