What is oaOutputPwrOrGainHiHi?
Reports the configured high-alarm threshold for the amplifier's output power or gain, given in tenths of a dB(m). It is read-write, so an admin can tune it to the deployment; the device compares it against oaOutputPwrOrGainValue and raises a high-side alarm once that reading reaches or exceeds this threshold. Which quantity it actually represents, output power or gain, depends on the module's oaConfigRegulationMode setting.
