Description: The number of pad characters inserted into the data stream by the local Telnet implementation immediately following a carriage return.
What is vTelSessPadLength?
This read-write value, 0 to 255, sets how many pad characters (defined by vTelSessPadChar) are inserted into the outgoing data stream immediately after each carriage return. Some older terminals or line printers need this delay padding to keep up after a carriage return.
