What is vPortDTRstate?
This read-only value reports the current state of the port's DATA-TERMINAL-READY (DTR) output signal: none (port has no DTR output), on, off, or unknown (state unavailable to this software level). Unlike CTS/DSR/DCD/RI, DTR is an output the server itself drives.
