Description: An integer indicating the number of seconds that a non-permanent ARP entry can go unused before it is deleted from the table. A non-permanent entry is one which was entered into the table by the ARP protocol rather than manually entered by a network administrator.
What is vArpIdleTimeout?
This sets the number of seconds a non-permanent ARP entry (one learned automatically by the ARP protocol rather than entered manually) can sit unused before it is aged out of the table, in the range 60 to 1800 seconds. Manually entered ARP entries are not subject to this timeout.
