What is pppExtIfAodiGearDownTxRate?
This read-write object sets a lower throughput threshold, in bits per second, for the 64Kbit/s B-channel; if measured throughput stays below it for the duration of pppExtIfGearDownPersistance seconds, the remaining B-channel is dropped.
