What is biboPPPLinkAccm?
This OCTET STRING (4 bytes) encodes the Async Control Character Map, specifying which characters need escaping in synchronous transmission. ACCM prevents control character misinterpretation. Example: if byte 0 is 0xFF, all control characters (0x00-0x1F) require escaping; if 0x00, no escaping is needed, saving bandwidth on clean lines.
