What is ipsecTrAction?

The ipsecTrAction can be set to one of several named states: delete, plain, pass, protect, drop. The ipsecTrAction determines what the device does with matching packets: pass, drop, or encrypt them. For example, setting this to 'protect' means matching packets are encrypted.
