What is ipsecGlobDefaultLocalId?
This OID sets the default identity string sent during IKE phase 1 negotiation; an empty string falls back to the certificate's subject name. Peers use this identity to authenticate the local device. Example: setting to 'vpn-gateway.example.com' sends that hostname as the local identity in IKE.
