What is ipsecGlobAntiCloggingLength?
This OID sets the bit length of the local secret used to generate ISAKMP anti-clogging cookies. Longer secrets make it harder for attackers to forge valid cookies in denial-of-service attacks. Example: setting to 128 uses a 128-bit random secret for cookie generation.
