What is ipSessionIdle?

This TimeTicks counter measures how long a NAT session has been idle (no packets seen). The value resets to zero each time a packet is observed. A NAT session with ipSessionIdle = 36000 ticks (6 minutes at 100ms ticks) has been silent for 6 minutes.
