What is ipRuleIndex?

This read-only value uniquely identifies a single firewall or access control rule in the device's rule table. Each rule gets a distinct index so administrators can reference, modify, or delete specific rules. Rule index 42 might be the 'deny telnet from untrusted subnets' rule, distinguishable from rule 43 which allows SSH.
