ipNatOutRemotePort

Module: BIANCA-BRICK-IP-MIB

OID (symbolic): BIANCA-BRICK-IP-MIB::ipNatOutRemotePort

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.272.4.5.18.1.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: This object specifies together with ipNatOutRemotePortRange the range of portnumbers for outgoing calls, for which the table entry shall be valid. If both objects are set to -1, the entry is valid for all portnumbers. If ipNatOutPortRange is set to -1, the entry is only valid, when the portnumber of an outgoing call is equal to ipNatOutRemotePort. Otherwise, the entry is valid, if the called portnumber lies in the range RemotePort .. RemotePortRange.

What is ipNatOutRemotePort?

This OID specifies the remote port number (or lower bound of a port range) for outgoing NAT sessions that the rule applies to. Network admins use this to match traffic based on the destination port when configuring network address translation rules. Example: setting this to 443 means the NAT rule applies only to outgoing HTTPS traffic; setting to -1 matches all remote ports.
