What is ipBodRuleDirection?
This OID specifies which traffic direction this BoD rule applies to: outgoing(1), incoming(2), or both(3). Admins can configure separate dial-on-demand behavior for inbound and outbound traffic. Example: setting to outgoing(1) means only outbound traffic matching this filter triggers channel activation.
