Description: Define dial permissions for external calls. When set to 'internal' dialling out over (external) trunks is prevented. Value 'local' allows dialling external numbers without an area prefix. With setting 'national' any national number but special numbers (like mobile numbers) may be dialled. The only restriction applying to value 'national_special' is dialling of internaltional numbers. The default setting is 'internal'.
