What is bgpPeerMinRouteAdvertisementInterval?

This Integer32 (1-65535 seconds) sets the minimum interval between route advertisements to this peer. Example: a value of 30 seconds (for EBGP) or 5 seconds (for IBGP) prevents route flapping by spacing out updates.
