bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixLowThreshold

Module: BENU-IPPOOL-MIB

OID (symbolic): BENU-IPPOOL-MIB::bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixLowThreshold

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.39406.2.1.5.3.1.1.11

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-only

Description: The low threshold for used IPv6 prefixes in this IPv6 Pool. If the value for used IPv6 prefixes in this IPv6 Pool becomes equal to or less than this value and the current condition for bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixHigh is raised, then a bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixLow event will be generated. No more bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixLow events will be generated for this IPv6 Pool during this execution until the value for used prefixes has exceeded the value of bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixHighThreshold.

What is bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixLowThreshold?

Defines the low-watermark threshold for the number of used IPv6 prefixes in this pool; when utilization falls to or below this value after a high-threshold condition was active, a bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixLow event is generated. This supports hysteresis-based alerting to prevent flapping notifications.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.39406.2.1.5.3.1.1.11
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> BENU-IPPOOL-MIB::bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixLowThreshold

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.39406.2.1.5.3.1.1.11.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> BENU-IPPOOL-MIB::bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixLowThreshold.1

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> bIPv6PoolUsedPrefixLowThreshold.1
