Module: BENU-DHCP-MIB

OID (symbolic): BENU-DHCP-MIB::bDhcpHomeSubnetUsedAddrHighThreshold

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.39406.2.1.6.2.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: accessible-for-notify

Description: The high threshold for used IP addresses in this home subnet. If a bDhcpHomeSubnetUsedAddrLow event has been generated (or no bDhcpHomeSubnetUsedAddrHigh was generated previously) for this home subnet, and the value for used IP addresses in this home subnet has exceeded this value then a bDhcpHomeSubnetUsedAddrHigh event will be generated. No more bDhcpHomeSubnetUsedAddrHigh events will be generated for this subnet during its execution until the value for used addresses in this subnet becomes equal to or less than the value of bDhcpHomeSubnetUsedAddrLowThreshold.

What is bDhcpHomeSubnetUsedAddrHighThreshold?

This OID carries the high watermark threshold for IP address utilization within a DHCP home subnet. When the number of used addresses exceeds this value after a low-threshold condition was previously reported, a bDhcpHomeSubnetUsedAddrHigh notification is sent to warn that the subnet is approaching exhaustion.
