What is webServerLogBufferSizeKB?

Specifies the underlying log buffer size in kilobytes, controlling how much HTTP log data is buffered before being written to disk. Larger buffers reduce I/O. Example: setting this to 512 buffers up to 512 KB of log data before flushing to disk.
