Description: Returns the number of pending user requests in the priority queue. The priority queue contains requests from internal subsystems and users. This is just the count of all user requests.
What is threadPoolRuntimePendingUserRequestCount?
This OID counts only user-generated requests waiting in the queue, excluding system requests, to show user-facing queueing delays. Example: if pending user requests are 450 out of 500 total queue length, system requests are only 50.
