Description: Sets whether the client should use the server certificates/key as the client identity when initiating a connection over https.
What is sslUseServerCerts?
This flag controls whether outbound HTTPS clients use the server's own certificate (stored in the keystore) as their client identity. Integration teams configure this for mutual TLS to downstream systems where the server authenticates using its own certificate rather than a separate client cert. Example: a value indicating 'true' means upstream calls use the server's certificate as client credentials.
